Responsibilities
- Provide daily ongoing first point of contact support to clients through the ticketing system.
- Prioritize regularly scheduled support activities alongside urgent, unscheduled requests.
- Triage and categorize tickets accurately for reporting, routing them to DBAs, System Administrators, or Security Specialists as needed.
- Identify connectivity defects and perform root-cause troubleshooting.
- Follow and improve established Service Management processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Assist with the distribution of client application communications in coordination with Business Subject Matter Experts.
- Manage Active Directory (AD) account creation and maintain access via Citrix environments.
- Liaise between users and technical teams to ensure seamless resolution of incidents and problem tickets.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Great Plains 2016, Quadrant Workforce, BSSI Health Financial Management Module, Citrix, and AD account creation.
- 2+ years of experience in Tier 1 technical support, including triaging, prioritizing, and handling remote client requests.
- 2+ years of experience in the healthcare sector with an understanding of personal health information protection and privacy requirements.
- A+ Certification or ITIL Foundation Certification (or equivalent experience).
- Strong technical knowledge of Windows and Linux servers, operating systems, and general technology infrastructure.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, with a proven ability to build strong working relationships and resolve conflicts with diplomacy.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities in a deadline-driven environment.
