• Design, build, and support enterprise business software applications.
• Resolve production application issues and critical incidents with urgency.

• Document technical workflow processes and application configurations.
• Utilize network troubleshooting tools like Wireshark and Netcat to diagnose system issues.
• Contribute technical expertise to major projects and continuous improvement tasks.
Qualifications
• Proven experience supporting enterprise applications in a production setting.
• Strong hands-on proficiency in SQL programming against enterprise databases.
• Background in Java, C# .NET, or PowerShell application support and development.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex software issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with deployment tools, source control platforms, and batch programming.
