Responsibilities
Issue and manage purchase orders in Dynamics 365.
Handle small hardware purchases (keyboards, mice, monitors, etc.).
Manage minor software purchases and renewals.
Update our software asset management tool (ServiceNow) following renewals or new acquisitions.
Qualifications
Bilingualism (French and English), both spoken and written
Demonstrated rigor and strong organizational skills
Proactive with excellent priority management
Proven ability to collaborate with internal teams
Clear and professional communication
