Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
•University degree or college diploma
•Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources Management
•Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands
•Keen eye for data integrity, accuracy and quality assurance of the information developed
•Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
•Ability to interact and communicate effectively with team and employees across all departments and levels
•Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as a team member within HR department to promote an HR best practice environment
•Strong commitment to providing a high level of service to stakeholders
•Intermediate skill level in MS office applications
•Excellent interpersonal & organizational skills
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Ability to travel (2% Cdn)
Summary
Preferred Qualifications:
•CHRP designation or in progress
•Experience in a manufacturing environment
