As part of a strategic new position creation, you will work in close collaboration with the Global Talent Acquisition Director and the Senior Advisor. You will play a pivotal role in coordinating the full recruitment lifecycle, implementing best practices, and driving the technological migration to a new ATS platform.

Competitive salary: Between $60,000 and $70,000 per year (depending on experience).

Responsibilities
• Recruitment Coordination: Schedule and coordinate selection interviews, manage candidate tracking, and administer job offers for the headquarters (qualitative volume of approximately 8 to 12 positions simultaneously).
• Phone Screening: Conduct initial phone screenings in French and English to ensure a seamless candidate experience and compliance with language requirements.
• Systems Management (ATS): Actively participate in the migration and implementation of the new ATS tool, ensuring rigorous upkeep of candidate files.
• Talent Attraction and Events: Provide logistical support and participate in recruitment events, job fairs, employer branding projects, and campus initiatives.
• Cross-Functional HR Projects: Collaborate with organizational development teams and hiring managers to support global talent initiatives.
Qualifications
• Education: College or university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in recruitment coordination or human resources (high-potential junior candidates with relevant internships and a strong autonomous mindset will also be considered).
• Bilingualism: Full fluency in French and English, both spoken and written, to collaborate with international teams (Spanish is an asset).
• Computer Skills: Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable working with ATS platforms.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to process recruitment data and present it clearly and visually.
• Personal Attributes: Proactive, autonomous, detail-oriented, adaptable to change, and exceptionally well-organized.
