Responsibilities
What you will be doing as a Talent Acquisition Specialist:
Manage full-cycle recruitment, from needs analysis to onboarding new hires (primarily for operational roles across Canada)
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their goals, challenges, and operations in order to develop customized candidate attraction and evaluation strategies
Use headhunting/sourcing skills to discover and attract target candidates, and subsequently evaluate their potential
Act as an ambassador to deliver an outstanding candidate experience
Collaborate with HR team members throughout the process
Qualifications
What we are looking for:
Results-driven mindset
Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience
High-volume recruitment experience (a HUGE asset)
Strong time management skills and autonomy, with the ability to adapt to unexpected priorities
Demonstrated flexibility, collaboration, and initiative
