Responsibilities
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for approximately 20 to 25 active positions focusing on Ontario operations and the call center.
• Actively source potential candidates and optimize job postings across various platforms.
• Develop strategic market mapping to anticipate future hiring needs.
• Coordinate and host virtual and in-person recruitment events to attract top talent.
• Work in close daily collaboration with hiring managers and HR business partners.
• Provide thorough candidate follow-up to deliver an exceptional, candidate-first experience.
Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year of successful recruitment experience (agency, retail, logistics, distribution, or manufacturing background highly valued).
• Advanced/Expert English fluency (written and spoken) to interact daily with Ontario.
• Valid driver's license strongly preferred for site visits and attending recruitment events.
• Strong passion for talent acquisition and a desire to build a medium-to-long-term career.
