Responsibilities
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Boisbriand, your responsibilities will include:
• Managing the full recruitment cycle with a focus on delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
• Acting as an expert advisor to managers to optimize workforce planning.
• Creating innovative recruitment marketing tactics to boost the employer brand.
• Building and maintaining strategic talent pools for the organization’s future needs.
• Analyzing human resources market trends and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Conducting field visits to stay connected with the operational realities of different districts.
Qualifications
Our ideal candidate possesses the following qualifications and skills for this Talent Acquisition Specialist role:
• Minimum of 4 years of recruitment experience.
• Fully bilingual (French and English), both spoken and written.
• Experience in the industrial, logistics, or transportation sectors (a strong asset).
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle required for travel.
• Relevant education in human resources or management.
