In this key role within the human resources team, you will manage the full recruitment cycle for a variety of technical (engineering, aircraft maintenance) and corporate positions. You will join a collaborative team where efficiency, resourcefulness, and attention to detail are valued. This hybrid role (2 days in the office, 3 days at home) is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to major projects, including support for military and commercial fleets.
Bilingualism Requirement: This position requires fluency in both English and French. The incumbent will need to communicate daily with hiring managers and HR teams located outside of Quebec (specifically in the US and Ontario), as well as interact with candidates for technical roles where international terminology and security standards are predominantly in English.

Responsibilities
• Manage the full recruitment cycle for a high volume of requisitions (technicians, engineers, logistics, finance, etc.).
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define staffing needs, ensure selection quality, and meet time-to-fill goals.
• Use proactive sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, databases, networking) to attract passive and qualified talent in a competitive market.
• Conduct phone and virtual/in-person interviews, assessing candidates' technical and behavioral competencies.
• Coordinate the complex pre-employment and security process (Controlled Goods, NATO Secret) by guiding candidates through the required steps.
• Negotiate and present job offers in collaboration with HR Business Partners.
• Ensure rigorous tracking of recruitment metrics in the ATS system (SuccessFactors).
• Participate in special projects, such as recruitment campaigns for remote sites or career events.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field with 4 years of experience (or 8 years of relevant experience without a degree).
• Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally for technical, engineering, or aerospace/defense profiles.
• Bilingualism is essential (French and English), both written and spoken.
• Ability to manage a high volume of mandates (25 to 50 requisitions) with speed and accuracy.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), SuccessFactors is an asset.
• Excellent communication, influence, and customer service skills.
• Autonomy, initiative, and ability to work in a changing environment.
• Must be eligible for registration with the Controlled Goods Program (CGP).
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain Reliability and Secret Level II / NATO Secret security clearances (including Canadian citizenship and residency history requirements).
