On behalf of our client, a premier national logistics provider located in the Northwest Edmonton industrial area, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Support Specialist for a 3-month contract with a possibility of extension.

Responsibilities
Specialized Recruitment: Execute full-cycle support including postings, resume reviews, and pre-screening specifically for the transportation and logistics sector.
Compliance Management: Handle the high-volume collection of driver documents, ensuring all applications and forms are uploaded accurately into the TruckRight ATS.
Candidate Pipeline: Conduct reference checks and manage the onboarding flow to keep pace with the fast-moving logistics cycle.
National Support: Coordinate with recruiters and operations teams across the country to fill critical roles.
Hiring Events: Assist in managing online hiring events and Indeed campaigns to attract qualified blue-collar talent.
Qualifications
Sector Expert: Must have 2–5 years of experience specifically within the Transportation and Logistics industry. (Experience in high-volume blue-collar manufacturing will be considered).
ATS Proficiency: Previous experience using TruckRight or similar transportation-focused Applicant Tracking Systems is highly preferred.
Administrative Precision: Exceptional ability to multi-task and manage heavy documentation requirements with total accuracy.
Independent Mindset: A self-starter who is responsive, professional, and thrives without being micromanaged.

Must have experience in transportation and logistics. This is a 3-month contract position with a possible extension based in the Northwest Edmonton industrial area.
