This position is primarily an administrative and coordination role that is crucial to the success of a global delivery initiative. The specialist will manage the demand file, handle data entry and maintenance with an emphasis on accuracy, and oversee the full onboarding lifecycle for candidates sourced through external vendors. The role requires seamless liaison between external vendors and various internal stakeholders to maintain a smooth and efficient recruitment-to-onboarding pipeline.

Responsibilities
- Manage the demand file for the Global Delivery Hub, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Execute high-volume data entry and maintenance tasks related to vendor engagements and candidate tracking.
- Liaise directly with external vendors to coordinate candidate submissions and manage expectations.
- Perform initial resume review and screening for IT-focused candidates.
- Oversee the end-to-end process from candidate review through to successful onboarding completion, ensuring all steps are met within the set cycle time.
- Act as a central point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing updates on vendor-sourced talent pipeline and onboarding status.
- Effectively prioritize and manage a high volume of tasks and demands in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2-4 years of proven experience in IT recruitment or a similar technical talent acquisition support role.
- Data Management: Strong data entry skills with a high degree of focus on accuracy.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) for tracking, communication, and reporting.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage demand files and high-volume processes effectively.
- Attitude: Positive attitude and professional flexibility to accept and manage day-to-day responsibilities and varied tasks.
