Responsibilities
🔹 Lead and coach a team of 2 agents on a daily basis
🔹 Analyze customer satisfaction survey results and recommend improvements
🔹 Oversee processing of refund requests and customer follow-ups
🔹 Closely monitor KPIs and deliver measurable outcomes
🔹 Collaborate with other departments to amplify the voice of the customer
🔹 Be accountable for your team’s results and a driver of continuous improvement
Qualifications
✅ Proven experience supervising a team (ideally in a call center or customer service setting)
✅ Bilingual – frequent communication in both French and English
✅ Strong organizational skills, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities
✅ Highly autonomous and comfortable in a performance-driven environment
✅ Skilled in using customer data to generate tangible impact
