- Our client operates in Canada and globally/internationally, in the United States and other countries. The company takes all reasonable measures to limit the number of positions in Quebec that require knowledge of a language other than French, and only requires it when necessary and when its existing bilingual employees are unable to perform these duties.
Based on an assessment conducted by our client, it has been determined that this position requires candidates to be fluent in spoken and written English. In particular, this position will require the employee to collaborate with other colleagues and business functions located outside Quebec who do not speak French and provide them with the necessary support.
Summary
The technical coordinator is the central pillar ensuring the sustainability, security, and compliance of our vast real estate portfolio. Working from our modern Montreal offices, the technical coordinator strategically ensures that each asset meets the highest industry standards, while promoting innovation and operational excellence.
