Our partner, a well-established manufacturing company in the aerospace sector, is currently looking for a Technical Documentation Coordinator to join their tight-knit team. Manage technical documentation and ensure the strict traceability essential to the aerospace industry.
Enter, scan, file, and link technical documents directly on the server and in the ERP system (Jobboss).
Prepare and support quotes by researching and updating prices for raw materials, plating, and delivery times.
Print purchase orders, match them with technical drawings, and prepare complete files for production (travelers/routers).
Purchase materials, equipment, services, and special processes according to internal procedures.
Obtain quotes and negotiate prices, deadlines, and commercial conditions with various suppliers.
Actively coordinate supplier files with the manufacturing, planning, and quality departments.

Qualifications
Possess exceptional rigor, organizational skills, and a strong attention to detail.
Demonstrate excellent computer skills (ability to easily learn a production ERP system and proficiency in the Office suite).
Be fully bilingual, with an excellent level of English (written and spoken), to interact daily with American suppliers and clients.
Have a profile with strong mechanical logic, ideally with the ability to read and understand technical drawings or revisions.
Be an excellent team player with a positive, calm, and respectful attitude, ready to commit long-term.
