Responsibilities
Manage incoming quote requests from customers via phone and email.
Analyze technical drawings and collaborate with the Lachine workshop to validate project feasibility.
Prepare accurate quotes and ensure rigorous follow-up throughout the sales cycle.
Work in close collaboration with the drafting, purchasing, and production departments.
Advise clients on the best technical options for their custom projects.
Qualifications
Bilingualism is essential (French and English), both spoken and written. Proficiency in both languages is mandatory, as the role involves serving clients outside of Quebec and handling technical documentation from international suppliers and partners.
Excellent mathematical skills and a strong interest in reading technical blueprints.
Proactive personality, team spirit, and above all, high "coachability" (a strong desire to learn).
Ability to work on-site full-time at the Lachine headquarters.
Previous experience in the industrial, metal, or construction sectors is considered a significant asset.
