The company takes all reasonable measures to limit the number of positions in Quebec requiring knowledge of a language other than French, demanding it only when necessary and when existing bilingual employees are unable to perform these duties. Based on an assessment conducted by our client, it was determined that this position requires candidates to be fluent in English (spoken and written). Specifically, this position requires the employee to communicate daily with English-speaking clients and distributors located outside Quebec, cover a Canadian territory extending beyond the province, and work in accordance with technical documentation and specifications written in English.
