Responsibilities
Lead the full lifecycle of software projects—from planning to go-live
Define project scope, create and maintain Gantt charts, manage budgets and timelines
Work closely with developers, QA, product, and customer teams to ensure alignment and delivery
Facilitate meetings (kick-offs, standups, retrospectives), and maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders
Oversee integration with third-party vendors and manage shared project responsibilities across multiple teams
Proactively manage risks, scope changes, and dependencies
Promote Agile best practices and lead Agile ceremonies when applicable
Maintain documentation such as project plans, risk logs, and change requests
Ensure technical and quality standards are consistently met
Qualifications
10–15 years of project management experience (minimum 10 years in software delivery)
Strong experience with POS or related transactional software systems
Proven success delivering Windows, Web, and Mobile applications
Experience working with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
PMP and Scrum Master (CSM) certifications
Proficiency with tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, SharePoint, and Gantt charting tools
Strong technical foundation—understands software architecture, integration, and cloud (Azure preferred)
Exceptional communication skills with ability to interact with both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience managing third-party integrations and coordinating multiple workstreams
