- System Diagnosis & Resolution: Expertly diagnose and resolve issues concerning VRF/VRV systems, complex controls, and system electronics across various installation types.
- Commissioning & Service Support: Deliver essential commissioning and service support both remotely (via digital channels) and through occasional necessary on-site visits.
- Training & Development: Lead and deliver technical training sessions and workshops, utilizing platforms like Microsoft Teams or in-person formats, to elevate the team's knowledge.
- Product Performance Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and engineering departments to analyze and resolve product performance challenges and ensure optimal functionality.
- Documentation & Reporting: Meticulously create, update, and manage detailed reports and operational documentation using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software tools.

What Youâll Bring:
- Mandatory Certification: Journeyman Refrigeration Mechanic certification is a non-negotiable requirement.
- Core Experience: Possess a minimum of 5 years of practical HVAC field experience.
- Technical Acumen: Demonstrate a strong working understanding of electrical wiring, complex controls, and related electronic systems.
- Mentorship & Communication: Exhibit excellent communication skills and a highly collaborative, team-oriented approach, ideally with experience mentoring apprentices or providing technical guidance (a key asset).
- Digital Proficiency: Must be proficient with computers, Microsoft Office applications, and virtual communication tools for remote support.
- Mobility: Requires a valid driverâs license and reliable vehicle (all mileage is fully reimbursed).
- Value-Added Skills (Bonus Assets): Direct experience with VRF/VRV systems, knowledge of AutoCAD, current certifications in First Aid, Fall Protection, or Forklift operation.
