As an IT Technician, you will join a close-knit IT team to ensure smooth operations at our St-Hubert and Acton Vale sites. You won't just be behind a screen: you'll be on the front lines, at the heart of the action, where technology meets pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities:
Provide daily IT support to employees.
Configure and install workstations, peripherals (scanners, printers, tablets), and mobile devices.
Administer access (Active Directory, Azure AD, Intune) and ensure network security (EDR, VPN).
Prioritize tickets via Fresh Service and document interventions to achieve operational excellence.
Qualifications
College diploma (DEC) in Computer Science or equivalent relevant experience.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in technical support, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in Windows (7-11), Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPO), DNS/DHCP, and a keen interest in factory equipment (barcode scanners).
Fully bilingual (French/English), as your supervisor is based in the United States.
CompTIA A+ certification (a major asset).
Complete autonomy, excellent prioritization skills, and a strong sense of urgency.
