The responsibilities of the bilingual trainer in Burlington Ontario are:
Conduct both classroom-based theoretical training sessions and hands-on practical workshops for technicians and customers.
Administer tests and assessments to evaluate participants' understanding and ensure their autonomy in the field.
Collaborate with the instructional team to design, enrich, and update the technical training curriculum modules.
Assess the overall effectiveness of training programs and suggest ongoing improvements to management.

Qualifications

Possess a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing overhead cranes or mobile cranes.
Hold a trade school degree or college diploma in a relevant industrial subject, or equivalent field experience.
Exhibit excellent communication and presentation abilities when speaking in front of groups of various sizes.
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts, schematics, or electrical diagrams into easy-to-understand parts.
Be fully available to travel domestically across Canada for approximately 40% to 50% of the work time.
