• Incorporate feedback from active training sessions to improve and refine learning content.
• Draft new training modules within established four to eight week timelines.
• Perform quarterly updates to procurement materials to maintain relevance and compliance.
Qualifications
• Ten years of experience in technical writing and the preparation of comprehensive training materials.
• Ten years of experience facilitating discussions with technical experts to determine business needs.
• Ten years of experience applying adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
• Ten years of experience writing for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Previous experience working within the public sector or a similarly large, complex organization.
