As a claims technician, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring business continuity by managing claims files rigorously and proactively. Working directly at the heart of the dynamic environment, you will act as a true strategic partner, ensuring that each file is handled with the efficiency and accuracy necessary to minimize financial and operational impacts. Your technical expertise will be key to transforming complex situations into fair settlements.

Responsibilities
Your role at a glance:
As the right-hand person for the OHS team, you will ensure the smooth running of the department's administrative tasks. Your main mission will be to digitize processes and maintain constant contact with employees on sick leave in order to foster trust and ensure effective management.
Your responsibilities:
- Make regular phone calls to employees on sick leave.
- Coordinate appointments for medical examinations and prepare mandates.
- Ensure accurate data entry into OHS management systems.
- Lead the digitization project: filing, scanning, and disposal of paper archives.
- Support the team in daily technical and legal secretarial tasks.
Qualifications
- Must have a DEP (Secretarial or Legal Techniques)
- Experience in an administrative environment (compensation is an asset)
- Excellent priority management and attention to detail
- Fluency in French (written and spoken) and ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. English or Spanish is a strong asset.
- Passion for analysis, outstanding organizational skills and ability to thrive in a high-volume environment
