As an Electromechanic, you will join an experienced team where your skills will be valued from day one, with the chance to specialize in lithium technologies.
Flexibility and balance: Enjoy daytime factory hours and early departures on the road to avoid traffic. Monday to Friday. In the factory from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (flexible). On the road: early morning departures (5:00 AM - 5:30 AM).
Stimulating environment: Grow in an innovative and rapidly expanding sector, with a gradual transition from factory work to an on-the-road specialist role.

Responsibilities
By accepting this Electromechanic role, you will be at the heart of the daily maintenance and development of our energy systems. Your main tasks will include:
Perform cell balancing, cleaning, assembly, and repair of chargers, initially primarily in the factory/workshop.
Independently diagnose electrical and mechanical issues to quickly identify faulty components.
Represent the company at major client sites (warehouses, large factories) by providing meticulous service, using the proper tools, and avoiding makeshift repairs.
Conduct on-the-road service calls, with a planned progression toward a primarily mobile role as the lithium market develops.
The ideal profile
To succeed in this full-time position on the South Shore of Montreal (Industrial Battery Industry), we are looking for a passionate and thorough candidate:
Experience with forklifts, industrial batteries, or lithium technology (a highly resourceful, service-oriented recent graduate eager to learn will also be considered as a second priority).
Strong problem-solving skills and diagnostic autonomy (understanding the overall logic without relying on a supervisor at every step).
Proactivity in seeking solutions, reading technical documentation, and effectively analyzing failures.
Commitment to a job well done.

Asset: Knowledge of lithium batteries
English required, Bilingualism, basic English necessary
Our Client operates across Canada, and globally/internationally in the United States and other countries. This company takes all reasonable means to limit the number of positions in Quebec that require knowledge of a language other than French, and only requires this where it is necessary and its existing bilingual employees are unable to fulfil these job duties.
Based on an assessment conducted by our client, it has been determined that this position requires candidates to be fluent in English (oral and written). In particular, this position will require the employee to:
communicate with English-speaking clients/partners located outside Quebec on a daily/regular basis
