On a daily basis, you'll be involved in a variety of tasks: mechanical work, building electricity, plumbing, general maintenance, various errands and support for in-house teams. A dynamic position, ideal for a resourceful and versatile person.
Schedule: daytime, permanent full-time
Salary: between $27 and $30 per hour, depending on experience
Location: Montreal, Ville Saint-Laurent
Availability: Immediate start
Requirements: Must be authorized to work in Canada

Responsibilities
Monitor and optimize the performance of essential building systems, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, ductwork and fire safety systems.
Carry out a variety of manual and technical work, such as carpentry, plastering, repairs, general maintenance and commissioning, handling routine as well as more complex tasks.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards for building equipment and technical installations.
Qualifications
The Building Technician position requires :
- 5 to 10 years' experience in industrial maintenance
- DEP in building maintenance
- Jovial, serious, versatile and, above all, a self-starter
- Speak french, and english
