We are looking to hire a temporary Administrative Shipping Clerk to aid in the Expedition (shipping) of the orders. Under the supervision of the Customer Service Manager, your task will be to communicate with our clients and to produce Purchase orders and create waybills, to carry-out the full cycle requests as needed. This is a 2 months contract to help with the current rush.

Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Customer Service Manager, you will:
- Produce waybills & shipping labels;
- Communicate with the client for appointments;
- Enter urgent orders into the computer system;
- Close collaboration with customer service as well as warehouse managers;
- Confirmation of shipments;
- Prepare invoices for inventory orders
- Confirmation of shipments.
Qualifications
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Completed high school diploma;
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position;
- Good knowledge of French and English;
- Good knowledge of EXCEL software;
- The ability to work in a team;
- Attention to detail;
- Autonomy and resourcefulness;
- Good customer service skills;
