MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Diploma of College Studies (DEC) in administration or a related discipline is mandatory.
Must have a car and a valid driver's license (frequent travel required).

Responsibilities
Reporting to the supervisor, you will ensure the optimal administrative, technical, and financial management of your real estate portfolio:
**Leasing Management:** Marketing, application approval, lease signings and renewals, rent increases, and follow-ups on successions.
**Maintenance and Repairs:** Identification of required work, coordination of contract awards according to the Society's standards, site supervision, and approval of payments.
**Tenant Relations:** Management of service requests, complaint handling, and collaboration with families or social services as needed.
**Legal Representation:** Case preparation and representation of the Society before the Tribunal administratif du logement (TAL).
**Inspection and Safety:** Periodic building inspections and emergency interventions to ensure the physical integrity of the premises.
**Financial Management:** Monitoring of operating budgets and subsidies (AACR).
Qualifications
Education: Diploma of College Studies (DEC) in administration or a related discipline is mandatory.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
Languages: Excellent proficiency in French (written/spoken) and a good knowledge of English.
Mobility: Must have a car and a valid driver's license (frequent travel required).
