Our client is seeking a Receptionist to join their administrative team at their head office in Montreal East for a 2-week temporary mandate.
Your Responsibilities:
Answer and manage incoming phone calls at the head office.
Route and transfer calls to the appropriate departments.
Handle basic inquiries and provide general support to the administrative team as needed.
Language Requirement:
Bilingualism (French and English, spoken and written) is required for this role, as the candidate will interact daily with suppliers, partners, and clients located outside of Quebec.
