Responsibilities
Reporting to the Vice-President, Business Development, you will be the first point of contact within the company. Your responsibilities include:
Welcoming guests and managing incoming calls (appropriate transfers).
Sorting, scanning, and distributing mail as well as packages.
Managing conference room bookings.
Providing administrative support to various departments (miscellaneous mailings, laminating, filing).
Qualifications
Bilingualism (French and English)
High school diploma or completed DEP.
Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role.
Excellent proficiency in the Office Suite.
Organizational skills, autonomy, and natural interpersonal skills.
