This role is a critical front-line position responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for tenants, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day building operations, including responding to tenant service requests, coordinating building-related activities such as elevator bookings and service access, and maintaining ongoing communication with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
This is a dynamic, high-visibility role within a fast-paced commercial property environment, ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing position and is passionate about delivering excellent service. The role demands strong organizational abilities, a keen attention to detail, and effective communication skills—both written and verbal. It also requires a high degree of responsiveness, initiative, and adaptability, as the Coordinator will be juggling multiple priorities and supporting time-sensitive administrative and operational tasks essential to tenant satisfaction and smooth property operations.

Responsibilities
-Deliver exceptional customer service through integrity, respect, and results orientation
-Manage tenant service requests and coordinate elevator bookings, additional service charges, and insurance certificates
-Respond to tenant inquiries within 24 hours
-Support the Angus Anywhere Tenant Request and Preventative Maintenance systems
-Provide general administrative support including tenant memos, marketing materials, and correspondence
-Handle incoming calls and general inquiries
-Maintain office common areas (reception, kitchen), order supplies, and create purchase orders
-Manage incoming/outgoing mail and couriers
-Maintain and troubleshoot office equipment with IT support
-File and manage both electronic and hard copy documents
-Perform additional administrative duties as requested
Qualifications
-High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred
-CPM or RPA designation an asset (or working toward one)
-2+ years of relevant office experience, preferably in Property Management or Real Estate
-Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
-Knowledge of Angus Systems (an MRI Software product) is a strong asset
-Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and a customer-focused attitude
-Ability to work independently and under pressure
-Flexible and responsive to changing priorities
