Responsibilities
Lead business development efforts in the commercial glass and resin-based interior systems space, including storefronts, mirrors, vanity installations, and partition doors.
Proactively identify and pursue tenders and bid opportunities across major builders and developers in the GTA.
Prepare quotes, estimates, and proposals—strong estimating knowledge is a must.
Build long-term relationships with general contractors, architects, and designers.
Participate in site visits, blueprint analysis, and support project bidding.
Operate independently with freedom to make decisions and build your own brand
Qualifications
5–10+ years of experience in commercial construction sales—ideally in glass, glazing, or interior build systems.
Experience working with framing systems, installations, and reading blueprints.
Strong estimating background and ability to contribute directly to the bidding process.
A go-getter mindset with a strong, resilient personality—able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
