Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the overall test strategy, test plans, execution schedules, and quality assurance frameworks for enterprise software platforms.
Lead functional, system integration, API, interoperability, regression, performance, accessibility, security, and user acceptance testing activities.
Design, build, maintain, and execute Playwright automated regression suites for modern user interfaces, integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Develop, configure, and maintain Postman and vREST collections to test REST APIs, SMART on FHIR workflows, and backend service integrations.
Validate core platform components including FHIR repositories, resource validation, search operations, terminology services, and data synchronization workflows.
Verify data ingestion, synchronization, retrieval, and resource processing across cloud-native platforms and search engines.
Validate authentication and authorization frameworks, including OAuth2/OIDC, JWT processing, and role-based access controls (RBAC).
Coordinate defect triage, track bug resolution, and generate quality metrics, automation coverage reports, and release readiness assessments.
Support production deployment, warranty validation, post-production verification, and operational knowledge transfer.
Qualifications
Test Leadership Seniority: Senior-level test lead experience planning, coordinating, and executing quality assurance activities for complex modernization, integration, or digital service projects (Strictly Required).
Test Artifact Delivery: Proven experience developing test strategies, test plans, test cases, traceability matrices, defect reports, and release readiness recommendations (Strictly Required).
Full-Stack Functional Testing: Hands-on functional testing experience with React applications, Java/Spring Boot microservices, REST APIs, and database-driven applications (Strictly Required).
Playwright Automation: Hands-on automated testing experience using Playwright, including UI regression scripting, test execution, debugging, and CI/CD integration (Strictly Required).
API Testing Tools: Hands-on API testing experience using Postman and vREST, including collection creation, environment configuration, assertions, and defect analysis (Strictly Required).
Healthcare Interoperability Protocols: Experience testing healthcare interoperability workflows using HL7 v2, FHIR APIs, SMART on FHIR, OAuth2/OIDC, JWT, and integration engines (Strictly Required).
Nice-to-Have Assets:
