Responsibilities
Precision Welding: Execute high-quality TIG and MIG welds on stainless steel components, focusing on circular pipe binding and flat sheet applications.
Technical Assembly: Interpret complex blueprints and industrial drawings to build custom water treatment equipment from the ground up.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all finished products meet rigorous leak-proof standards to safely handle contaminated water and gas.
Material Fabrication: Operate machinery to perform custom bending of metal sheets and fit parts according to exact engineering specifications.
Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the engineering department to provide technical suggestions or clarify design requirements for this industrial sector leader.
Qualifications
Technical Proficiency: You must demonstrate strong TIG welding skills, specifically with stainless steel materials and pipe configurations.
Blueprinting Skills: Proven ability to read and accurately translate industrial blueprints into physical components is required for this Welder position.
Versatile Experience: While formal schooling is valued, you will be considered if you can pass a practical two-hour technical weld test.
Industry Background: Previous experience in custom industrial manufacturing or working with pressure-sensitive equipment is highly preferred.
