Position: Trade Reconciliation Specialist - Advanced

Responsibilities
• Act as a liaison for the trading desk on any trade or settlement-related issues.
• Monitor and ensure the timeliness of trade bookings and matching to minimize trading/operational and settlement risks.
• Perform real-time reconciliation of submitted trades.
• Encourage accurate reporting and assist with problem resolution and metrics.
• Monitor and resolve various error queues to ensure proper trade flow to the domestic platform.
• Maintain analytical reports for trading desks, risk management, and compliance.
• Perform UAT testing for new products/trade flows as needed.
• Implement effective control and planning with positive outcomes.
• Execute communication plans that meet the needs of the project/initiative and stakeholders.
• Ensure the effective management of appropriate controls for effective management of processes, policies & procedures.
Qualifications
• College Diploma/HNC
• 1-2 years’ experience with background check validations
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office Suite
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience in investment operations, investment reporting, or related fields is an asset
