- 40 hour work week
- Salary between $70,000 and $80,000

Responsibilities
- Provide eco-driving training (theory and practice) for our drivers
- Accompany new drivers during their integration (field coaching)
- Evaluate drivers' skills before and after training
- Evaluate skills and propose individualized improvement plans
- Provide follow-up reports and recommendations for improvement
- Study driving data collected by on-board tools to identify ways of
reduce fuel consumption
- Update training content in line with current standards
- Provide personalized support for drivers (in-cab coaching)
- Work with the fleet management department to analyze information collected via on-board
on-board technologies
- Travel to 3 terminals (Halifax, Lévis, Moncton) for driver training
Qualifications
- Valid Class 1 driver's license
- Minimum 3 years experience in training or coaching in the transportation sector;
- Knowledge of eco-driving and road safety principles
- Skill in analyzing driving behavior using connected systems;
- Proficiency in basic IT tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams, etc.)
- Good communication skills, pedagogy and team spirit;
- Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Bilingualism (French/English);
- CFTR or CFTC andragogy training experience;
- Knowledge of fleet tracking software (e.g. Géotab, ISAAC)
- Knowledge of Magnus (asset)
