Responsibilities
Process transfer-in/out requests, monitor the transfers mailbox, initiate transfers, and follow up on outstanding items.
Respond to transfer-related inquiries and provide operational support to external institutions.
Review applications for NIGOs and communicate required corrections to clients.
Handle GIC order entry (post2 PM) and update accordingly.
Communicate estate requirements to clients and assist with document collection.
Maintain accurate client records and support general client service inquiries professionally.
Prepare, file, and organize documents; support special projects as needed.
Qualifications
1–2 years of backoffice experience in financial or investment services.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
Clear communication skills and a client first mindset.
Proficiency with MS Office; knowledge of Dataphile an asset.
