Responsibilities
Tooling Architecture & Automation: Lead the design, build, and support of PMO tooling (Power Apps, Power Automate, dashboards) and integrate multi-platform environments (Jira, Confluence, ADO, Power Platform) to streamline end-to-end traceability.
Executive Insights & Reporting: Define executive reporting needs and build automated governance packs covering status, RAID logs, dependencies, milestones, capacity, and financial performance.
Data Standards & Governance: Establish rigorous data taxonomies, quality checks, and audit controls to ensure high reliability in program reporting.
PMO Capabilities & Rollout: Stand up modernized PMO functions—including benefits realization, QA, and document management—while delivering comprehensive user training and change adoption plans.
Practice Growth & Proposals: Contribute to business development by crafting proposal responses and demonstrating tech-enabled delivery models to prospective clients.
Coaching & Continuous Improvement: Assess client program maturity, coach delivery teams on best practices, and stay ahead of global trends in transformation tooling and AI.
Qualifications
Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), reporting tools, and project management ecosystems (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
Transformation & PMO Background: Proven track record leading large, complex system transformations, standing up PMOs, and conducting program health checks and gateway reviews.
Consulting Experience: Prior management consulting background with experience managing workstreams, managing diverse stakeholders, and supporting the sales cycle.
Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, Agile, MoR, or Benefits Realization certification is considered a strong asset.
Methodologies & Skills: Deep understanding of SDLC (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid), data governance, and exceptional communication skills for executive-level influencing.
