Salary ranges between 55-65k depending on experience
Permanent full time, Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
Full Medical/Dental/Vision package (50% covered by employer)

Responsibilities
- Order transport road permits as soon as quotes are approved;
- Coordinate procedures with various Canadian provinces and US states to obtain the required permits;
- Prepare the necessary documents required for the various permits to avoid acquisition delays;
- Work in collaboration with the planner and the operations team;
- Follow up with the bidding team to ensure compliance with budgeted costs;
- Support drivers and operational teams when intervention regarding permits is required;
- Any other related tasks.
Qualifications
- Transport Logistics Diploma or any other studies in a related field;
- Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously;
Interest in teamwork;
- Experience in the transport industry
