Advantages
- Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 5pm
- 40 hour work week
- Salary between 21 and 22$/hr

Responsibilities
- Handle complaints on a daily basis for damaged shipments
- Follow up e-mails, attach documents to orders, respond to customers and drivers;
- Open claims files, document, follow up and finalize;
- Process & analyze manufacturers' claims;
- Investigate events;
- Complete control sheets & follow up on damage reports;
- Produce various reports (weekly, monthly, annual);
- Share claims information and communications via our terminals and screens;
- Be attentive to company safety;
- Participate in various projects as required;
- Perform all clerical tasks;
- All other related tasks;
Qualifications
- Bilingualism (French and English, oral and written)
- Knowledge of MS O365 (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.)
- Experience in customer service
- Experience in the transportation sector (a must)
- Experience using Magnus TMS (asset)
- Analytical mind and good judgment
- Polite and courteous towards customers and colleagues
- Promote a positive and professional company image
- Self-reliance and resourcefulness
- Participate in continuous improvement
- Open-minded and solution-oriented
