Responsibilities
- Process driver accident files, analyze and create incident and accident reports.
- Approve driving hours, be the contact person for any questions drivers may have concerning logs.
- Follow up on documents carriers must provide to comply with our C-TPAT accreditation.
- Create customer codes for new carriers
- Manage the renewal process for drivers' licenses and Fast cards
- Order police reports
- Organize hiring, routine and post-accident screenings, and follow up with external company
- Create driver files in the computer system, scan the required documents, add various checks and indicate the equipment issued to the driver
- File certain documents (logs, driver files, etc.).
- Perform any other related tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the trucking industry such as: a past Class 1 Driver, Dispatcher, Safety and Compliance
- Motivated, hard working, good work ethic and willingness to learn and grow
- Positive attitude, a team player
