Responsibilities
- Support transportation operations and ensure timely and efficient movement of goods.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external partners regarding logistics and delivery status.
- Handle customer service inquiries related to transportation and order fulfillment.
- Use Excel (including pivot tables and other advanced functions) to analyze data, generate reports, and provide insights to the team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and implement process improvements.
- Learn about various aspects of the business to support long-term growth and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience in transportation logistics, customer service, or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, vlookups, and data analysis.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic corporate environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
