Responsibilities
Receive and analyze flight and travel schedule changes via the KIOS system.
Proactively communicate with clients by phone and email to inform them of these changes.
Answer client questions and reassure them in the face of unexpected events.
Make the necessary adjustments in the Amadeus reservation system.
Maintain a high quality of customer service.
Qualifications
Holding TICO and OPC licenses.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a travel agency.
Mandatory proficiency in KIOS and Amadeus software.
Excellent command of Microsoft Excel (an asset).
Perfectly bilingual (French and English).
