As a Travel Advisor, you will play a central role within our Laval team. Your main mission will consist of guiding, informing, and advising our clientele in selecting their turn-key international group tours. You will deliver exceptional customer service—primarily over the phone, during in-person office meetings, and through written communications—while maintaining meticulous administrative accuracy.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Provide 100% personalized advisory service dedicated to international group travel circuits.
Qualify traveler needs and ensure clear, precise, and reassuring information is communicated.
Manage incoming inquiries and conduct rigorous follow-ups on booking files (passport validation, registration forms).
Follow up on online client registrations and support travelers through to their departure date.
Welcome clients during individual meetings or group presentations in our offices.
Qualifications
Required qualifications
Perfect and flawless command of the French language, both oral and written.
Relevant experience in customer service, advisory roles, or sales.
Outstanding professional maturity, patience, empathy, and interpersonal ease with a mature clientele.
Strong attention to detail, thoroughness, and high administrative rigor.
Comfort with computer tools and capacity to learn new internal management software.
Travel Agent License from the Office de la protection du consommateur (OPC) is an asset (not mandatory at the time of hiring)
