Job Description
As an Operations Analyst III, you will partner directly with cross-functional business stakeholders, senior leadership, and IT teams to review, map, and optimize core business operations. You will analyze current-state workflows, identify operational inefficiencies, and develop practical future-state solutions to drive efficiency, enhanced controls, and automation. This is primarily a back-office, deliverable-focused position that combines structured problem-solving, stakeholder facilitation, and technical data analysis using SQL and Power BI.

Responsibilities
•Process Review & Analysis: Lead detailed process deep dives with cross-functional teams to assess current-state workflows, risk areas, and control points.

•Data & Technical Insights: Leverage SQL and Power BI to analyze operational data, uncover inefficiencies, and build meaningful progress reports.

•Process Governance: Maintain transparent process-improvement trackers to monitor progress, risks, dependencies, and audit/compliance alignment.
•Benefit Measurement: Define, track, and quantify realized business benefits (e.g., risk reduction, throughput improvements, and efficiency gains) to report to executive stakeholders.
•Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate alignment across Treasury, Finance, and IT leadership to navigate competing priorities and guide best practices.
Qualifications
•Experience: Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in operational process improvement, business transformation, management consulting, or process analysis.
•Hard Skills: Proven hands-on proficiency with SQL and Power BI for data analysis and visualization.
•Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of operational processes within Finance or Treasury Operations (experience with payments processing is a strong asset).
•Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, structured problem-solving, time management, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
•Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
•Preferred / Nice-to-Haves:
oExperience with process mapping tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet).
oExposure to ERP systems, Treasury platforms, workflow automation, or change management principles.
oIndustry certifications such as PMP, CBAP, CPA, or related credentials.
