In this professional design role, you will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and cross-functional stakeholders to design intuitive, elegant, and highly scalable user experiences for complex enterprise platforms. You will contribute throughout the entire end-to-end design process—transforming abstract business requirements into crisp user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives on solving complex structural problems, operates comfortably within dynamic software engineering ecosystems, and can quickly ramp up to deliver immediate value to ongoing product streams.
Duration: 6-Month Contract
Work Arrangement: On-Site (5 days per week at the corporate office)
Advantages
High-Complexity Design Sandbox: Tackle intricate, information-rich user flows and transform enterprise-grade data structures into seamless interaction models.
Direct Collaborative Synergy: Work side-by-side with multidisciplinary product and engineering teams in an immersive, on-site creative environment.
Enterprise Scale Portfolio: Enhance your design portfolio by shipping high-impact features for globally utilized B2B and SaaS applications.
Mature Design Ecosystem: Leverage and contribute to a sophisticated, established enterprise design system and component pattern library.
Responsibilities
End-to-End Interaction Engineering: Translate high-level business goals and technical parameters into functional user flows, wireframes, rapid prototypes, and polished, high-fidelity user interface designs.
Complex Workflow Simplification: Analyze information-dense panels, enterprise interfaces, and multi-step processes, re-engineering them into intuitive, efficient, and friction-free user journeys for both web and mobile formats.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner actively with Product Managers and Software Developers to balance user empathy with technical execution constraints, ensuring design fidelity throughout the production implementation phase.
Design System Stewardship: Operate fluently within established global design systems, ensuring all assets adhere to component rules while contributing to the evolution of reusable UI patterns.
Design Critiques & Alignment: Participate in peer design reviews, giving and receiving constructive critique to maintain aesthetic quality, layout consistency, and unified brand expression across modules.
User-Centric Advocacy: Incorporate qualitative user feedback, research insights, and data analytics into tactical design updates, continuously advocating for accessibility, usability, and industry-best design practices within an Agile sprint delivery cycle.
Qualifications
Experience: 4 to 6 years of proven professional experience operating as a UX Designer, Product Designer, Interaction Designer, or within a structurally equivalent digital product role.
Portfolio Excellence: A comprehensive, referenceable design portfolio demonstrating robust end-to-end design thinking, mapping artifacts, visual systems, and successful shipped enterprise software products.
Design Software Mastery: Expert-level proficiency utilizing Figma alongside modern interactive prototyping suites.
Enterprise SaaS Pedigree: Demonstrated experience designing complex, data-intensive Enterprise SaaS or B2B applications (such as specialized dashboards, multi-tenant workflows, or relational data views).
Agile Integration: Solid foundational experience working within fast-paced Agile/Scrum product development lifecycles.
Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities paired with an acute attention to detail; strong communication and presentation skills with a proven capacity to articulate design rationale clearly to non-design technical and business audiences.
Nice-to-Have Skills & Assets
Deep, practical familiarity with advanced usability testing frameworks and qualitative UX research methodologies.
Strong working knowledge of web/mobile accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and responsive design architecture.
Direct experience collaborating with globally distributed product development networks.
Summary
If you are a tech-savvy Intermediate UX Designer who pairs an absolute command of Figma with the analytical depth required to untangle dense enterprise workflows, this 6-month on-site mandate offers an exceptional tech canvas. Bring your visual precision, design system discipline, and highly collaborative mindset to an industry-defining product engineering team today!
