Position: Customer Coordinator
Employment Type: Contract
Start Date: July 2025
Salary: $24/hr
Location: Mississauga (5 days on site)

Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and update vendor data, product information, and inventory levels in Excel spreadsheets
- Confirm order and delivery details with vendors via email or internal systems
- Work with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams to track and reconcile deliveries and inventory records
- Maintain organized documentation for audit and operational accuracy
- Identify and correct data discrepancies
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in administration or data entry
- Experience in supply chain or logistics is considered an asset
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to work with internal departments
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel Skills (basic v look up and math functions)
- Experience with an ERP system is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
