At our facility in Ashland you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Packaging team as the Vibration Analyst - Predictive Maintenance :
- Contribute to the achievement of operational objectives by being one of the key players specialize in predictive maintenance
- Minimize the number of unexpected breakdowns
- Maximize asset uptime and improve asset reliability
- Reduce operational costs
- Maximize production hours
- Improve safety
- Manage Reliability Centric(vibration) Capital Projects that achieve Mill operational and maintenance objectives
- Ensure the maintenance of the assets by performing or directing the gathering of the vibration measurements of the bearings of the various machines of the mill, as well as the analysis and interpretation of these measurements.
- Develop and perform the predictive maintenance process flow
- Determine equipment and failure mode to be monitored
- establish frequency
- monitor condition
- issue report & recommendations
- Create work order & liaise with the maintenance team
- Participate in roots cause analysis with the rest of the reliability team as a specialist in predictive maintenance
- Perform other types of predictive inspections (thermography, ultrasound, oil analysis, etc.)

- Certification in industrial maintenance technology, mechanical engineering, industrial mechanics, predictive or preventive reliability maintenance or a combination of relative experience
- Experience in vibration analysis, thermography, ultrasound (an asset)
- Knowledge of industrial maintenance and lubrication
- Autonomy, rigor, and accountability
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to demonstrate impact and influence in an advisory role
