Responsibilities
What You Will Do
Lead, mentor, and grow a blended AI-first, global SRE/DevOps platform team
Drive AWS technology strategy for AI and services deployment
Own CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Terraform/CDK), blue-green & canary release patterns
Implement observability (Datadog, CloudWatch, etc.) and 24×7 follow-the-sun on-call.
Oversee platform Security & compliance automation: IaC scanning, SBOM, secrets
rotation, incident post-mortems, SAST, DAST, and SCA.
Manage cloud and GitHub spend; institute cost-allocation, cost governance.
Present reliability and FinOps scorecards to Executive team, Board, and PE operating
partners.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
10+ years in Dev Ops/SRE; 5+ years leading multi-region SaaS on AWS at Director/VP
level.
Automation-first mindset and proven record of building sustainable automation pipelines
Experience installing and supporting AWS services such as EKS, Lambda, Serverless
databases and technologies
Proven ownership of GitHub-centric CI/CD and GitOps workflows.
Track record implementing SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR/CCPA
Demonstrated FinOps wins at > $10 m annual AWS spend.
Hands-on success operationalizing AIOps/ML tooling (e.g., DevOps Guru, Datadog
Watchdog, LLM runbooks).
Leader who scales people, processes, and culture in PE-backed, rapid-growth
environments.
Must be legally entitled to work in the country where the role is located.
