Responsibilities
Responsibilities

● Pack products, build pallets/skids, and prepare shipments
● Complete put-away, loading/unloading, and inventory movement
● Operate RF scanners for order picking
● Operate order picker (high-level/cherry picker), reach truck, and counterbalance forklifts after training
● Safely lift up to 50 lbs (team lifting for heavier items)
● Follow safety procedures and rotate through warehouse functions

● Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience
● Valid external forklift certifications
● Strong communication and teamwork skills
● Reliable, coachable, safety-focused, and willing to learn multiple warehouse functions
