Responsibilities
Classify, sort, and prepare physical documents and pages based on key words for high-volume scanning.
Execute on-screen data entry, inventory data capture, and document classification according to specific requirements
Manage physical records by removing staples, sorting, re-filing, boxing records, and reassembling documents back to their original condition as required
Safely navigate the warehouse by routinely pushing and pulling items such as carts, boxes, and files
Qualifications
Must be capable of routine lifting (20-50 pounds), overhead reaching, bending, stretching, and sitting or standing for long periods.
Must possess your own personal safety steel-toe boots/shoes suitable for a warehouse environment.
Proven ability to complete tracking accurately and a strong understanding of the importance of precise data entry.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong ability to quickly learn and apply subject matter knowledge to industry-specific records.
