Pay: $20/hr

Responsibilities
• Moving boxes and organizing materials safely throughout the facility based on operational needs.
• Stacking boxes into the pallets efficiently to prepare them for safe transportation and storage.
• Managing each order diligently and ensuring that all customer orders are completed accurately.
• Building skids and wrapping the skids securely to protect confidential client documents.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the assigned work area at all times.
• Printing work orders and preparing the necessary paperwork for the day’s scheduled deliveries.
• Preparing all materials, tapes, and boxes full of confidential documents to be delivered.
• Assist Transportation Specialists in loading and unloading company vehicles manually.
• Process all incoming orders using wireless scanning technology and inventory management systems.
• Investigate and resolve any order discrepancy for incoming or outgoing orders promptly.
• Perform any other daily tasks and special operational projects assigned by your Supervisor.
Qualifications
• Must have at least 1 to 2 years of proven experience in a warehouse environment or logistics setting.
• Must be comfortable doing physical labour, including constant movement and standing for long periods.
• Physical ability to lift boxes, recycling bins, and materials weighing up to 50 lbs repetitively.
• Proven capability for lots of walking, bending, pulling, and pushing heavy boxes throughout the shift.
• High School Diploma or an equivalent educational qualification is required.
